Tasting Notes: Refreshing acidity and a delicious ocean-breeze salinity are the hallmarks of this bright, crisp Rosé. The wine has appealing notes of white peach and watermelon rind, and is juicy and flavorful. We picked this old-vine Carignan fruit specifically for Rosé, and the result is an elegant, mineral-driven, dry Rosé. We are thrilled to be working with the oldest Carignan block of Feliz Creek Vineyard, which is an organic, 114-year-old, dry-farmed, head-trained vineyard.
Winemaking: Direct to press. Whole-cluster pressed. Fermented with native yeast in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the freshness and aromatics.
