Join us at Good Bones Kitchen in Caspar (the old Caspar Inn) for a night of wine and incredible music on the Mendocino Coast. Singer/songwriter R.O. Shapiro is an up-and-coming and not-to-be-missed young artist. Brad and Miriam will be pouring a selection of Minus Tide wines starting at 5pm. Music starts at 7pm. Small plates and the bar menu will be available as well. We hope to see you there!
As part of their Saturday Supper dinner series, The Apple Farm in Philo—in the heart of Anderson Valley—is showcasing Minus Tide for a special winemaker dinner. Inspired by the cooking of the late pioneer Sally Schmitt, who founded The French Laundry, the menu will feature classic recipes from her Six California Kitchens cookbook.
