The renowned Apple Farm in Philo—in the heart of Anderson Valley—is showcasing Minus Tide for a special winemaker dinner as part of their Saturday Supper dinner series. Inspired by the cooking of the late pioneer Sally Schmitt, who founded the famed French Laundry, the menu will feature classic recipes from Sally’s Six California Kitchens cookbook. The meal will be fresh from the farm and designed to pair with our wines. Join us and the Bates & Schmitt family for what promises to be a memorable dinner in the beautiful gardens of The Apple Farm.
